As I’m writing this post, my 4th of July is still in full swing. I’m looking forward to the fireworks later tonight. I just love this holiday. Its hard not to get excited when you see the colorful display of lights shooting across the sky. I’m humbled by what this all means. Freedom isn’t free and I’m thankful to have the liberties that we have in this wonderful country. May God bless the USA and all other countries too for that matter.
So today I went to the Town of Vienna for the festivities. There were all kinds of people there and so much fun. Check it out:
This guy was making art from spray paint. This is the BEFORE pic
This is AFTER pic – pretty neat
Below is a woman I met named “Mona Lisa” She had her own style. I admire people who aren’t afraid to express themselves.
She told me that since she became a born again christian, she has and always will paint her nails with a cross. Different colors of course, but always a cross
Below is a collection of animals made in South Africa using beads. They are made by disadvantaged people who create art like this to survive financially and feed their families. Contact info is below if you want to purchase any of them
You can even get your spine checked.
Look at this dog… its was so hot, he refused to get up and walk – LOL
A live band…. I love live bands
I’ve never seen one of these. You can dispose of your used flags.
Well I hope you had a wonderful Independence Day and enjoyed today’s post. Have a great weekend and I will see you back here on Monday.
